    We could not stay at hotel for medical and sanitation reasons. The room was musty and very humid. We have medical issues that prevented us from being able to stay in room. While I was at the front desk to get our money back, my wife killed 2 c*** roaches about 2 inches long. The clerk claimed he couldn't refund our money , handed me the merchant copy and said they would refund money on Monday. We have called them many many times to no avail. All we get is excuses.

    1 31 2024. We stayed at the Days Inn one night. We had to share milk and juice out of large container shared by others. No Kleenex in bathroom. The worst part was no hot water and maintenance said it wasnt fixable. We paid ****** for the room. We used ***** We tried contacting the manager ************** 5 times they said he would call us no luck. We told ******* of the issue they said he is franchised so no luck. City codes told us to contact you.

I'm not sure the hotel was up to code since there was no hot water and guest had to share communal milk and juice at breakfast. The hotel was advertised as dog friendly and our dogs were allowed to stay after an up charge, but there were no facilities  for dogs( no green space)   would you please request  a refund on our behalf.

    We booked a hotel through Expedia. When we landed we were advised that it was overbooked so they changed our reservation to the Days Inn. When we checked in we went to our room and found dead roaches on the floor. The fire alarm was pulled out of the wall and there were burn marks on the comforter. We called Expedia and they contacted the Days Inn. The desk clerk came to our room and saw all the issues. He tried to place us in another room, but if there were roaches in one room, they are everywhere. We checked out and found another hotel to stay in. Expedia refused to refund us stating the hotel was refusing our refund. We felt unsafe and absolutely disgusted at this hotel.
