      **** failed to check total unit in home. After he left a few days latter cooling stopped. 2 techs came and opened lower panel and found ice. The trx valve was frozen. Told me that thawing it out would not work and first quoted $1000 to fix. Later price was $1800. I looked up price of valve and it cost less than $100. The freon might run $300 and even if labor was $300 the total is less than $1000 but I was willing to pay $1000. The tech lied since valve thawed out and is now working. They tried to lie but I am well educated in many fields and caught them.

      Long Heating and Cooling was able to fix my air conditioning unit where other companies would only replace. I am grateful for their great service and honest work. Very personable and professional.
