    I've been making payments every month for appx 18 months or so. I received one out of the 7 issues this year but not the other 6. I have no issues receiving other mail from the US and overseas in a timely manner. Not sure how often this is published but my emails and a piece of certified mail have gone unanswered. I love the newsletter and it's one of the best out there, but not receiving it is odd. Is **** alright?I'd like the missing issues and to get this resolved or 7 back issues from I'd also like access to my Level 8 Swiftworks portal and another package of the Level 1-8 Swiftworks physical materials as those were lost in a flood, unfortunately. Been storming a lot here.

    Remove ******************************************************************************** from all postal mailing lists in your possession. If you have an automated system, tell the human being that programmed it to be automated to remove ************************************************************************** from the list.

    This is an irregular way to request to be removed from a mailing list but we've complied with the request.

    For the record, we do not send unsolicited mail.  If someone is on our mailing list, it's because they responded to a marketing campaign requesting more information from us or our marketing partners or they are an existing customer who purchased a product.

    We never want to contact someone who doesn't want to hear from our company.  So, when we receive a request from someone to be removed from our mailing list, we honor that request immediately.

    This customer's information has been removed from our records.  The only way he would receive mail from us in the future is if he responds again to one of our marketing campaigns.
