I check into this hotel after driving 15 hours at 10pm October 7th . There was no problems except the hotel charged me for two days but only had down that I was staying one day $410.00 my door was knocked on and asked why I didnt leave on October 8th at 8 am and I explained tha they charged me $410.00 which was ****** for two days .After that was resolved the person at my room door said they would correct the issue .I stayed with my pregnant wife and 5 year old . On October the 9th at 8:45am house keeping knocked on all the doors saying they smelled smoke . I opened my door and was not accused . ***** keeping proceeded to knock on other room door . No authority or management ever came to my room and said it was me . It wasnt until I lef that I was charged 200 for a smoking fee. I called the hotel to ask why , and how could they determine that my room was smoked it . (No windows in the room ) the manager at 1:40 pm on October 10 was very combative and said he didnt need to tell me why and that they found evidence . I asked him what evidence was found and he said smoke . There was never any smoking in my room and this was happening right as I checked out . House keeping knocked on every door after mine trying to determine the smell . On the phone the manager could not say if it was weed smoke , cig smoke or vape smoke . He just hung up in my face after taking my money. I would have never smoked in my room around my child and my pregnant wife and I do not smoke at all . No smoke Alarms , smoke residue or anything had been found in my room.
