    "I went to Decatur morgan hospital on 05/28/2023, I went too the REMOVEDI filed my insurance as always when I go for a illness or an incident, my Insurance declined their claim because the REMOVEDdoctor used the wrong code, so Me and my insurance Reps called the billing office several times asking them too correct the claim and resend the claim so that they could submit the funds too them, and they did not, after telling me and the insurance Rep that the claim would be corrected and resend was a+++ instead they send the bill too the REMOVEDcollection, the bill were only 4- too 5 months old, they didn't do their part for them too get paid however they has ruin my credit I feel discrimanated how I was treated, I'm still under stress because of my credit, however I will continue too keep fighting them too resolve it."
