            In March midas had to replace tires in my car because when I purchased them they mounted them in the wrong direction. I contacted them and took it in and they replaced them the store manager insured me that my warranty I paid for carried over in the new tires since it was their fault and I could come by and pick up my paper work but he was to busy to print it at the time. The printer was having issues. Today less then 5000 miles on the tires and the two front needs replaced for wear ( I also paid for alignment) for over a week I have called and no one knows where my paperwork is. Tim is no longer at that location. I did send him text to ask about my paper work with no reply I still have text from him so I know the day they was replaced for them being installed wrong. The store tells me they will get it taken care of. I have called and emailed customer service and no one has called me back. This is now a safety issue.

            Paid for an alignment and they screwed it up! I bought new tires for my truck and had to replace them do the lousy alignment
