    I have purchased many items from this company and all have been of an exceptional quality. Colors have been what I would have expected them to be and Designs have been also. My monogram pieces have been done accurately and I love the color choices of the thread. When I had a question I called customer service. I have done this a few times. I have always been met with friendliness and courtesy. I have truly enjoyed being a customer at ********************** and I will continue to be

    Poor quality of merchandise. One of the shirts I ordered was a different brand and was therefore a full size too small. Of course they would not accept a return or exchange. Never again

    ****************** purchased three shirts. Two of the shirts were the same item just different colors. The third shirt she purchased was a completely different shirt. Two of the monogrammed shirts fit her fine. The third monogram shirt being a different item did not fit as the other two. She reached out to us asking if she could return that item. We originally stated that we could not accept returns due to the fact the shirt was monogrammed. We investigated further and discovered the shirt she wanted to return did not have a size chart associated with it on our website. Due to our error we replaced the shirt with the appropriate size that ****************** was wanting. We let ****************** know that appreciated her for bring this size discrepancy to our attention. ***************** thanked us for our attention to this matter and putting our customers first. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. We thank ****************** for shopping with us and allowing us to make this situation right.

    "Faux sequins" are just flat vinyl. No sparkle. No shine. Legging pilled while I was wearing them so they were one time use only. Asked for refund. Zero response. Slow shipping and inferior product. Stay away.

    Clearly NOT what we expected. We ordered and still have not received our package and its a Christmas present and we did not get monogram so it should not take that long. Extremely disappointed with this company and will not ever purchase again. I only wished I had read the reviews first hand.

    I received my shirt within the time that I expected from the website and I am very pleased with how it turned out. Everything is just like what I expected. During the time I was waiting to receive my shirt I read the reviews and they scared me. I was apprehensive while waiting for it to arrive. I wanted to share that everything about my order was great!

    Do NOT I repeat do NOT purchase from this company !! Ordered 2 weeks ago and still no shirts !! No refunds and of course they are to wear the week of Easter

    ******************** placed an order on March 21, 2023. Four of the five items that she purchased were personalized. We do state on our website that current production times are 1-3 weeks. ******************** ordered during the peak of our Easter season. Her package was shipped on April 3, 2023 and delivered on April 5, 2023 well within our stated production times. ******************** states in her review that she wanted to wear them the week of Easter. She did receive them the week of Easter to wear. We sincerely appreciate ******************** shopping with ** and regret that she did not receive the shopping experience that she hoped to have.

    If you love bad customer service and people who dont want to work with you, then by all means, order or purchase from this place.My mother and I ordered three shirts, which totaled to approximately $100, for an event. We emailed the company and stated that we needed a rush order because of the amount of time. They did rush (as they so call it) the order to our house in Georgia. The shirts arrived a day late for our event. We tried to email the customer service representative to explain the circumstance and that we wouldnt need these shirts for anything else. The customer service representative, as I was trying to explain what the situation was, cut me off and told me they couldnt refund the money. Wow. Exceptional customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!

    Please do not order from this company. I placed an order Feb 3 2023, still has not shipped. I called and was told they have to make the clothes. Nothing was personalized. I asked for a refund and to cancel the order, they refused. Also one item not in stock but still making me pay for it. She told me I should have looked at the frequently asked questioned. I let her know at the time I did not have any questions, she said didn't matter. Don't waste your time or money with this company

    I just want to say that I am disappointed in ordering and shipping time for this order. I ordered shirts for a school party as both my daughter and myself are teachers. I emailed and inquired several times only to be met with a return email that shipping time was 1-3 weeks. I would suggest you make sure that customers know this from now on prior to paying for their order, not after order submission. My order was well over $100, I will not be ordering again as our school is out for the Holidays and the purchase is pointless.

    Im so disappointed with my order status (or lack there of) I truly dont know where to begin. Like many, I enjoy the convenience of shopping online for desired items and gifts. The order confirmation process has been like no other. Unfortunately, not in a good way. I would first recommend that the company set realistic expectations with their customers regarding order placement during the holidays and their holiday promotions. Their continuous promotions for holiday items and gifts are not a reflection of the orders they would be able to fulfill in a timely manner. Text and emails are being sent mid December for holiday items that an individual probably wouldnt receive until after the New Year, as the 1-3 week production remains. I placed an order at the beginning of December with strong hopes that it would be fulfilled at least within 2 weeks. Were entering week 2 and instead of an update saying were working on your order, I received an email reminder of a 1-3 week production timeframe 5 days after placing the order. Im not one to write reviews, but I wouldve been more than happy to do business with one of the other online monogram businesses that provided special timeframes for holiday orders and deadlines. Better management of warehouse production/inventory, customer satisfaction, and communication would be an awesome place to start. I would also suggest creating an area on the website that lists items that are ready to ship as they would actually have them in stock. Making the customer wait unreasonable amounts of time because the inventory isnt properly stocked isnt very professional. Made to order sounds good when/ if the customer actually feels valued during the buying process. In this case, I did not.

    I understand the holiday season can be a frustrating time to make purchases.  Due to the fact that Born To Be Sassy is a made to order business our shipping times can vary more than businesses that pull and ship items from a shelf.  Every single item that we sell is made to order.  Our production times do vary depending on the time of year and what items were purchased.  We are completely transparent in regard to those times.  They are listed on our FAQ page as well as our Shipping and Return page.  We also have a live chat, email address, and phone number that our customers can use anytime prior to purchase to answer any questions or concerns. We offer over one hundred thousand products that can be customized.  For that reason we can not store every item in our production facility.  During peak times we have to utilize many of our storage warehouses prior to the customization process.  We do advertise using text and emails.  The last text we sent to promote Christmas was December 2nd.  The subject of the text was "Last Chance for Christmas".  The last Christmas email was December 7th.  ******************** order from December 9th had two items that were each personalized one with a name and the other with initials.  ******************** custom order was shipped 10 days after the date of purchase.  I understand she could have shopped anywhere and chose to shop with us and I am truly grateful for her business. I am so sorry that **************** did not have the shopping experience she was expecting.  That surely was not our intent.
