    On 25 June 2025 I hired ****** ******** from Dixie Towing to tow a vehicle for me. After towing the vehicle he explained that he could not take card payments in person but would contact me in an hour to take payment over the phone to which I agreed. He waited until 10PM to contact me which at that time I was asleep. The next day his office contacted while I was at work and I was not able to give them the card number because I was driving so they agreed to call me at 10AM on 26 June to take payment. On 26 June I was contacted at 12:27 pm and I could not answer so I called them back at 12:39 and there was no answer. At 6pm ****** called me threating to steal my truck from private property and return it to the original place it was towed from then place a lean on my vehicle and take me to court. At this time I tried to pay him again and he refused payment and hung up on me. I texted him and told him that I would attempt to call his office again on 27 June to make payment again but he will not return my calls or messages.

    I have read the complaint filed and it is inaccurate. I did tow the vehicle for Mr. ******** and I did not have the card reader with me to accept payment. I told him that I would contact him later to get the card information and i did send a text to him which he never responded to. My office staff attempted to call him for the next two days to get his card information and he was ignoring our calls. It is obvious that he did not want to pay for the services and still has no intention to pay. I am filing  a civil suit against him for the payment.
