5 starsExterior Waterproofing meet with us at an older home we were working on to sell. Mr. ****** helped us address several issues including basement moisture and exterior water run off issues. Mr. ****** was very professional and able to explain the related issues and mitigation requirements. His experience was evident. 5 starsThe recent service provided was REPEAT business for Exterior Waterproofing. Due to great service and successfully stopping ground water from entering the other side of my home several years ago, they were the only Waterproofing Company I contacted. The crew was very courteous, worked diligently, cleaned up exceptionally and were all able to look you in the eye with a smile. I am confident my water issue will be cared for in the future and highly recommend Exterior Water Proofing for your needs.

5 starsExterior Waterproofing recently waterproofed my detached ********** chose this company above the others because the owner, *******[, gave an honest quote, explained the process in detail, and never pressured me to make a decision. I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the owner to the crew, they were all professional and kept me posted on any problems or challenges. The communication skills of this company was amazing. I got blow-by-blow videos and photos of the progress of this project. Unbelievable! What a great group of people and I couldn't be happier. 5 starsExterior Waterproofing was recommended on my neighborhood social media page. It was the only local company I found that offers residential drainage solutions both inside and outside the crawlspace. The owner was patient answering my many questions, provided different options to address challenges, and did not try to pressure me into unnecessary work. The crew was punctual, professional and hard working. They used high quality materials and displayed craftsmanship in their work. The lead man even created a custom solution to a drainage challenge left behind by another company. 5 starsWe wanted to finish our basement after being water-proofed by the previous home owners. ******* was quick to respond and his lead man, ****, was ready to start the project as soon as we gave confirmation. Both gentlemen were professional, efficient, and timely. They even sent daily video reports of the project progress, which we loved. 5 starsIf you have a moisture issue, ******* is the guy to call. He came highly recommended by our neighborhood real estate agent. Spent an hour and a half doing his Sherlock Homes thing to figure out our issue and did not charge me for the visit when the solution did not require his companys help. 5 starsIf you need this waterproofing service. Do not look any further. This is the company you need to hire. They are technically the best with motivated, competent, efficient polite crews. 5 starsI had a house inspection done and Exterior Waterproofing was recommended by our inspector due to water leaking in the garage. Phillip Madden answered right away. He was quick to review the inspection report and came out within 48 hours! Gave a fair an honest opinion. Definitely recommend!Exterior Waterproofing, LLC
