    I purchased a **** Chevrolet Trailblazer Grey with a vin# ****** I didn't have the vehicle a month an the rack and pinion broke on the car my son and I almost lost our life I had the car taken to ********* on **********************. They don't let I lol at another car they pick the one they want to have because they know them cars have problem and want u to take out their insurance if you get libility insurance. My opinion they are scaming people on certain vehicle and using them to defraud their insurance company. Different people not gonna be stating same thing about how they want let u look at other vehicle. If u tell them u in need of a car u be come that victim

    Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.  As a 30 year plus member of the Better Business Bureau, we take all complaints very serious.  We are an A+ accredited business in good standing.  on 11-28-2022 ******************************** purchased a **** Chevrolet Trailblazer from our dealership.  On that same day ************** also elected to purchased Debt Cancellation Coverage.  On 12-27-2022 ************** called in and said that he was in a single vehicle accident.  From the documentation received, he had it taken to ********* on 12-31-2022. ********* did an inspection on the vehicle and their findings were that the damages were caused from the accident impact. The rack and pinion shows bent. This damage would be from the wreck impact and not part failure.  At this time the vehicle had already been driven almost **** miles in less than 30 days.  When ************** called in to discuss his options, he was told that all he had to do was get the vehicle here and file the DCC claim. At that point he would be elidable to get the whole balance paid with the exception of a $500.00 deductible.  With payment of this deductible, ************** would have be eligible to purchase another vehicle and be in good standings. ************** chose to walk away and leave the vehicle at *********.  ************** left a bill owing there at ********* also.  ************** also failed to make his payment and became in contractual default.  On 01-09-2023 We were forced to secure our collateral from ********* by paying the bill ************** had walked away from.  A wrecker was hired to get the vehicle and the bill at ********* was paid. The vehicle was brought to our dealership. Until we received this BBB letter there had been no contact from ***************
