    Summary:On April 10 and April 15, 2025, I paid ******* C. *****, owner of Excellence Print and Design, a total of $250.00 via Zelle for website design services related to my TOXIC Refined brand. The work was not completed, and agreed-upon deadlines were missed.After following up multiple times, Mr. ***** acknowledged in a voicemail dated April 21, 2025 that he owed me a full refund and committed to returning the money within 24 to 48 hours. Despite this promise, I have not received a refund as of the date of this complaint.I have provided Mr. ***** with three formal written requests for payment, all of which were confirmed as read. I also followed up with a phone call, during which he again committed to paying me back by a specific timeand still failed to do so.This behavior is unprofessional, unethical. In addition to the financial loss, this situation has caused unnecessary stress and forced me to cancel income-generating client appointments.Resolution Requested:I am requesting a full refund of $250.00, issued to the same Zelle account used to make the original payments. I would also like this business to be reviewed for its failure to deliver services as promised and for misleading consumers.Please note that I have three voice recordings from the owner stating that he would refund me.

    Hello,
    Yes, I have heard from ******* via phone and email. He stated that he was upset that I contacted BBB. He stated that it was unnecessary and that he would get me money after he spoke to his attorney because I was wrong and did have to do this.
