5 starsAmazingly professional and personal service. They make it really obvious they are there to sell you a package that is best for you and not oversell or up sell you. 5 starsWe had quotes from a couple of companies - the prices were within an acceptable range with ***************************** being just a bit higher. However, we decided on ***************************** because they seemed to be more patient with our questions, and seemed to be a bit more knowledgeable about our mold issues and how to treat and prevent return of the mold. They not only mitigated the mold, but then also installed a dehumidifier to keep the issue from returning.They all respected our property and took care with the remediation process. We feel very comfortable with the work done and product installed. Our basement feels environmentally safe now.Do we recommend Mold & Mildew Solutions - yes! They were professional, friendly, caring, knowledgeable and did the jobs in a very timely manner.Mold & Mildew Solutions, LLC

Following a painful 8 months of unsuccessful remediation by another local firm, I turned to Mold Solutions who competently cleared my house to meet health-standard testing. I'm impressed with their concern for the homeowner, willingness to explain what's needed as well as time and costs to expect. I've continued with them for 6-month checkups. While they are candid about problems (caused by the original contractor), they advise me on priorities to allow me to spread costs out.
