            On Saturday May 7, 2022 I purchased a scratch and dent GE Electric Range Stove from Mazers Appliance (at * **** ** ** *********** ** *****) . I arranged to have the stove picked up from the store (Mazers) on Sunday May 8th. After putting the cord on the stove and plugging it in I noticed that the range was not heating properly. On May 9th I called the store and spoke with a representative and he stated I should check my circuit box at home and try the stove again. After following the orders of the representative, I noticed the range took over an hour for the range to heat at 350 degrees. On Tuesday May 10, 2022 I called the store at 10am to speak with the store manager Jamie who rudely stated that I will be charged a service fee for them to service a range that I have yet to cook on because it does not work.             Five stars is not a high enough rating for Mazer Appliance. They are a perfect 10! I ordered a stove top to be delivered to North Dakota. The customer service was fantastic. Mazer Appliance is a legit business and the staff went above and beyond to make my cross country purchase a success. I am recommending them to family and friends and will not hesitate to purchase appliances from them again.
