    Horrible experience with this company. My vehicle was hit by another driver who was at fault for the accident. ******/infinity insurance changed my insurance record from not at fault to at fault and raised my rates. They took a call for tow and changed it to an at fault accident and reported my husband as uninsured which caused his license to be suspended. The worst ********************************************* I've had to deal with in over 50 years of driving. I wish I could leave a zero rating

    HORRIBLE service! A driver with this insurance hit my car two months ago, I filed a claim and yet to hear from ANYONE from Infinity Insurance Company/ ******. It is hard to get a hold of anyone and once you do you need to be transfer only to have to leave a message. HORRIBLE! If I could rate 0 star I would.
