  The employees were polite and respectful. However their price is ************* directly quote the manager I spoke with: we are not the cheapest option. I was not expecting them to be the cheapest, but I was expecting them to be competitive sadly they were not even that. If their pricing was competitive, I would have given 4 or 5 stars. Their commercials harp on quality and how important quality work is. I am all for that and here for it! However, what they dont say is that they clearly believe you must sacrifice affordability for quality. And that is simply not true. I gave them a try because the owner was a former Marine, and my dad was an officer for 27 years with the Corps. I really wanted to like them but will not be using them again and will be telling neighbors and friends to steer clear as ******* give you specifics, they initially quoted me at OVER 7k to put a water line in. I refused that and they came down to $6,300, I was asking for $5,500 (which is still 1.5k over a local companies price). A friend of mine got the same exact thing done with CJ plumbing in ********** for just $3,850 (I can prove with receipt and pictures). Another family friend had theirs done for $4,300 with a different company. I have used Eagle Plumbing and *************** in the past and their work has been quality AND affordable, I will be returning to them (and trying CJs) for my plumbing, electrical, & AC needs. Dont waste your time with this company or you will drastically overpay. I should have just gone an extra day without water and called a different company to come out and saved significant money. Dont make the mistake I made. Furthermore after leaving a review on ******. Owner said he would call on Monday, not only did he not call. I left a message with secretary on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. No call back.

  I apologize for the delay in responding. On the Monday you reached out, our service manager was out, and I was focused on making sure everything was wrapped up so our team could get home to their families before Christmas Eve. After Christmas, my family came down with the flu, which caused further delays.
  Id like to address a few points you raised. We were called to your home the Tuesday before Christmas to repair a significant leak in your main water line. We agreed on a price, completed the repairs the following day, had the work inspected by the city, and then covered everything back up the day after that. I understand you mentioned hearing from a friend who had a similar line replacement done at a lower price with another plumber. While that plumber has a great reputation, they are a smaller operation with lower overhead (just like we were when we started Xcalibur). This affects their pricing, but it also means they might not have been able to respond as quickly due to an already full schedule.
  What I really want to address is the conversation I had with you after the job was done. During that call, you stated that if we provided a refund, he would remove the ******* Yelp, and BBB reviews. To me, that sounds like blackmail. We provided upfront pricing, completed the agreed-upon work, had the city inspect it, and your final bill was exactly as approved and signed. We do have the phone call recorded for reference.

  i called Xcalibur Service LLC and the customer service from ( *********) was wonderful. Her customer skills was well worth the call. She explained everything to me in a professional manner. She let me that my Tech was on another service call. But, once that order was completed he was directed to me. My Tech ( ***) called and notified me of his arrival time. once upon his arrival he introduce himself as my tech and i explained to him what was going on with my system. He took time and explained to me everything regarding my system. Once, he was completed he asked if there was anymore question or concern. I will highly recommend on using Xaclibur Services, LLC again. I was very, very, very pleased.
