    I received a coupon in the mail so I contacted *** to have my house pressure washed ($299) and gutters cleaned (149). Supplied my address, they googled my house to see the image (all natural brick). After cleaning gutters I was advised they would not be power washing my house because they dont clean brick! I watched as they power washed a brick house (my sisters) the previous week. She (*** **** advised me I signed off to have my brick house washed and I agreed that brick was excluded. Make it make sense!! She then sent me a bill for $448 which I promptly advised I would not be paying the $299. She then sent a subsequent invoice for the gutters with a derogatory statement and refuses to remove and follows up with comments which are very unprofessional! Save yourself a headache!

    This might be the first time I have seen such an "honest" negative review. It is true- according to this complaint: When scheduling her house cleaning and gutter cleaning, we did see that her house was mostly brick. She was told the low pressure wash of the house would NOT include the brick. A complete description of HOW we will clean and WHAT we will clean was sent to her via text message. In that text message it was re-iterated (in writing) that the brick was NOT included in the quote for $299. She read it and scheduled anyway. After the gutters were cleaned (according to her own complaint) she was told AGAIN that the brick would NOT be included in the low pressure wash of the house. She decided to move forward with the service. The guys completed the low pressure wash of the house, just as it was explained to her and she was sent the invoice for what she agreed to pay when she scheduled the job. Then.... she refused to pay. After going back and forth with her (considering our money for the chemicals used and the guys time had already been spent working on her house) it was determined that there was nothing we could do. She was not budging. So we told her she did not have to pay ANYTHING for the house cleaning and we would accept the $149 payment for the gutter cleaning to put this to rest. She stopped answering the phone and was sent an invoice (for $149) every day so that she could easily click on the link to pay at her convenience. Her service was done on July the 7th. We still have not been paid for EITHER service.

    WE thought the fair thing to do would be to give her the $299 house wash for FREE and only charge her the the gutter cleaning, I guess she thought the fair thing to do would be to let the guys do all the work, then get a $299 house wash for FREE and a $149 gutter cleaning for FREE --- AND write a bad review on BBB. I see no lies in her complaint. I also don't see any other complaints about the work that was done at her house. Make it make sense!!

    (Disclaimer: We do not have her sisters information to verify whether
    that was our company or not... but we never pressure wash brick at ANY
    house.)

    I was notified via email on Friday July 25, 2025 of this complaint.
    Unfortunately, I missed the part that said I only had three days to
    respond before the review was published to our account. My thought was
    to wait until Monday so that I could gather the information and speak to
    the girl that was communicating with this customer, then respond to ********************
    so that this would NOT be published. It is now Wednesday the 30th and I
    am waiting on a call back from BBB to see if there is anything I can
    do. There are lots of text messages and calls that I can produce to the
    BBB to (oddly) back up all of this customers claims.
