    Not before but Immediately after being charged you are made aware of a subscription. You are not told that there is an activation fee. When trying to cancel 10 minutes after giving credit card information you are told that you will not receive full amount and only then are you made aware how to find the activation fee information. Its deceiving and instead should have to say that the cost is $159 plus a $39 activation fee. The advertising on the home page states that the cost is point blank $199. The customer service person,Carmens response was that I should click on every option in the menu because thats how you would order your food at *********! I responded that never have I gone to any restaurant and read every word on a menu to find hidden schemes. When I clicked on the guarantee, it says there is an activation fee but does not disclose the amount. Waiting for a supervisor to return call but ****** made sure to state that it wouldnt matter. Im wondering if they are paying for their reviews.

    I paid to use this services a couple of months ago. Ive been too busy to finish my divorce. Today I logged in and apparently my subscription expired. I paid a one time fee for a divorce that I could complete at my own pace. At no point does this website mention a subscription. I emailed them in order to fix this issue and they never responded. This service cost $139. Dont use this service unless you like being cheated out of your money.

    This company tells you instant prints of documents. Then after submitting payment says **** days. After several unanswered emails and attempts to call a phone line thats not accepting calls. Even messaged them on FB messenger. Today will be 1 month in 3 more days I received email that documents are ready. Sorry for delay. But when I try signing in says I have no account. Do NOT use this company.
