      My husband and I reached out to one source for electric, plumbing, HVAC, and a generator for our new house. We spoke with someone once in June 2025 and provided our house plans as requested. We have not heard anything back from anyone at one source. We have called and left messages and emailed without a single response. Poor communication and follow through.

      First of all, I am truly sorry the ******* are frustrated.

      The interaction started on or about April 24th, when Ms. ***** said she would have plans in the next day or so.  We didn't have another conversation until June 9th when she called and said she had plans and would send/email them to us.  We did ultimately receive them and sent them over to our 3rd party for review and consultation.  Prior to hearing back from our 3rd party, Ms. ***** called back.  I do believe we could have communicated better that this is a slow process for us for a variety of reasons but I don't believe it warranted a BBB Complaint.

       

      We have used this as a learning moment and discussed as a team on ways we can do better with our communication and to have a sense of urgency when needed.

      Hello,

      I reject their statement.  I did call on April 24th to ask if they did work on new construction.  I made them aware then that my plans weren't official and I would reach back out once they were official.  I received official plans and called on June 9th, spoke with ***.  He gave me his email address. I sent my plans to him on June 10th.  There was no response to the email I sent saying they were received.  I reached back out via email on June 23rd, I did not receive a response.  I called and left a message with a receptionist on July 10th, I did not receive a call back.  I reached out via email on July 29th and then again on August 6th.  I never received any type of follow up communication from them.  It didn't matter if I called or emailed.  I have never received a word back from one source.  It's a sad day when you have to get the better business bureau involved to get a response from a company.  Very poor customer service.

      Promised to repair floor furnace..could not and did not.. unnecessary work and lack of knowledge .They had no idea of problem..replace thermostat,not necessary,..lots of rambling under house to "relight pilot light". All the while I am looking at said light burning in furnace.Clearly,totally inept...would like refund.The gentleman who finally.tepaired.Walked in and within 30swconds identified issue .A lever was bent..after straightening said lever and *****.. all was done.. along with another small repair .less than an hour..The difference in truth, knowledge and knowing the job.
