    I bought a 2008 ***** from the this car lot. I have had nothing but issues with these people. Since i got the truck i have had oil leaks and replace a oil sensor now i have to replace the intake manifold, i was stranding on the side of the road and i called the company and asked them how much a tow would cost me because my insurance doesn’t cover that. The woman told me she would get the info for me and give me a call back. I never heard nothing back. So i fixed the problem myself. One week later they came and picked my truck up. They have a tracker on the truck, so they should have seen that the truck wasn’t broke down no more and they never called me back like the lady said, that Saturday when they picked my truck up the refused to give it back to me unless i paid the $400 tow fee. This hasn’t been the first time we had issues with them. The first time they tried to tow it because of a tag issue. We showed the tow company the tag when they hooked the truck up. They released the truck but we still had to pay a tow fee. This company is robbing their customers and something needs to be done. Communication is a big deal. They have none they are just robbing us customers.

    I purchased a vehicle last month a d was advised that ,I had 14 days to purchase my tag but everytime I called ***** County tag office the information was not submitted. I finally spoke with someone on 04/12/24 at the tag office who said it was submitted so I called Best Auto and advised them of the update and made my payment and they said I still had time to get the tag. My car was reposted today., 04/15/24,with no warning. So I called and spoke to Kathy, Manager at Best Auto and she stated I could retrieve my vehicle today and pay the towing fee but they could not tell me how much it would be. So my mother called to get some additional information and was informed that I could not get the vehicle back today because they don't do the repos after 3:45 pm CT. Is this a state law to purchase a tag within 14 days of making a purchase in a different state or is THEIR LAW. She is very rude and would not give me number to headquarters.

    I paid $2000 down for the vehicle and 2 payments of $450 after that for the total amount of $2500 down for the vehicle. I drove it off the lot that day, and the check engine light came on when I was almost home and the car was shaking pretty bad. The shop was closes by this time.
    I called the shop the next morning and told them that the check engine light was on and the sales guy told me to bring it by when I could. I work a 12 hour a day job and that is my transportation to and from work. The following weekend * *** *** ** ** ********. Filed a claim with the insurance company and had to take my car into the shop, which they kept it 3 weeks.
    When I called the place where I got the vehicle after my car had gotten fixed from the accident, he told me to bring it by but that in the paper work it says that I only had 30 days to bring the car in, if something was wrong with it which that was not told to me at anytime while signing paperwork on this vehicle. I couldn't bring it in due to my car being at a body shop.
    I brought the car up there, and the sales guy told me they wouldn't touch the car unless I had an oil change, so I went and got one which was almost $100 and brought the car back to the shop. They had my car a week and they called and said the car was ready. I went and picked the car up, the car was still shaking and they had pumped the air up in my tires to 32 which is to much air in those type of tires and once I got near my house the check engine light came back on. Everytime you ride in the vehicle, you smell nothing but gas and it shakes if you get over 50 miles an hour. I have asked them repeatedly to fix the issues and they have not. They have given me the run around and not done anything because of this 30 day deal. I just want my vehicle fixed. I am always on time with payments.

    I was behind on payments in process of coming to repo vehicle they hit my mom's car in the process. I spoke with Ms Misty to provide paperwork to notify them I was ** *** ********* I understand they don't have to take my payment but why not speak to me in reference to the damage to my mother's car. I also spoke to Ms Cathy who was extremely rude

    They repoed my car and havnt given me the option of getting it back..
