On March 20, 2023, I sent an email to Enrollware to cancel my service effective Mar 31, 2023. I received an email on the same day acknowledging my request. The email also stated that I would have access to my data until the end of March, inferring that after that my access would be shut off. On June 2, 2023, Enrollware's credit card processor, *********, charged our bank account $20. I emailed Enrollware to inquire about the charge. I was told that it was an inactivity fee and that I would be refunded. I was never provided a refund and was charged another $20 on July 5, 2023. I emailed Enrollware again. I was told it was a mixup and would be taken care of. This back and forth continued each month and has still not been resolved. Currently, the company owes us a total of $140 (7 mo), and needs to turn off these auto charges. I no longer have access to my online account, as they shut me out when I canceled my service. I have multiple emails from Enrollware acknowledging their mistake, but they have done nothing to resolve the issue. I would like the company to stop charging me and to issue a refund of $120.
