I absolutely cannot believe these people are in business. They sold me lemon that broke down not 5 MINUTES after I drove off of the lot. They put a pregnant woman in a dangerous car, let me drive off of the lot, my car broke down, they threw the cheapest, smallest battery in and said it was good. It broke down on the side of the interstate the very next morning. my good *** insurance wasnt active until 48hrs and I had to pay out of pocket for the tow and then lost my job! So I still had to pay an outrageous car note with no job and no car! I had it fixed multiple times, replaced the battery and headlights, tires. Ive now had it for a year and I feel like Ive been bullied and abused by these people. They call first thing at 8am and if you dont answer the phone, they come get your car immediately, without notice, without leaving a note, without knocking. I had to call to make sure it wasnt stollen. They demanded $500 to get it back and it was the day before my sons birthday, also the day before my 1st day back at work. I lost my job AGAIN because these people make up the rules as they go. I was 2 weeks behind but their policy clearly states after 40 days. Americas car mart does not care. They were presented as help for people who are struggling financially but they actually just prey on struggling people. They make it so you will lose your car and they can keep the money and ruin your credit. I cant believe this is even legal. Doing business with Americas car mart has been my biggest regret financially and I just want to get away from these people. They will call and belittle, trick you, and take advantage when you are down. Most of my stress and mental problems come from having to deal with the employees and I would never recommend them to my worst enemies.
