  Im so glad you got to get that off your chest today ! You tried to make me look like a fool and humiliate me while you were acting a fool in front of all your staff and patients! I dont take back or regret anything I put in my last review because its 100% true!! If you knew how to do your job I wouldnt have had to show you ,how to do your job. You misplaced my case and lost the impressions of my natural teeth before my treatment was even completed ,leaving you blind to what my esthetics should even look like. The bridge you done for me was too little and the protrusion was inacurate making it look as if I had missing teeth on that side. You made it very uncomfortable for me to tell you about what I was unhappy with because of your intimidating personality and attitude. You treated me as if I was a guinea pig and not paying you almost $8,000 for the work you were doing. You are so very unprofessional and so disrespectful. Thank you for referring me to *****************! I assume youre saying ,he can do a better job than you ! ?? Have a great day!

  The dentist and her assistant, *****, were not professional and seemed to rush through my teeth like they had something else to do. They cut all inside my mouth while doing my root canal and crown. I had mouth pain for almost a week after. They even cut the inside of my lip pretty deep and did not apologize or seem to care that I started bleeding during the procedure!! Very careless and heartless. I've never had such a awful experience at the dentist that I have had with them.I even heard the dentist, who made the treatment plan, ask the assistant if they were working on another tooth that I said I had pain in before I even made the appt, but she neglected it since it wasn't on the treatment plan that she made herself!The assistant made my temporaries look and feel awful. One tooth is shaved down so low that it doesn't even look like a tooth and feels like marble. Seems like they care more about your money than the care of your teeth here.I do not recommend anyone go here. They do not care about the look and feel of your teeth, just the money.I even went in to complain and asked for the office manager and left my information with the front desk and have not heard back in over a week!I paid over $4000 cash just to be treated like a rush job. Very unprofessional behavior from some staff and they play loud music the whole time while working on your teeth and sing like they're at a concert! Seems like they are more interested in their own pleasure than yours while you are getting your nerves *** mouth worked on. I'm appalled by the level of care I received and deserve a refund for my time and suffering at their careless hands.

  I went to this place for their so called first time customer $79.99 x-rays and cleaning special. The dental hygienist said I needed an $1,160 deep cleaning. She said she could not do a regular cleaning. First time in my 46 years, I have had a dental office refuse to clean my teeth without expecting over $1,000.
