5 stars10/10 stars. This product was expensive, but absolutely worth it. We set it up and it had a slight wobble to it that we couldn't resolve on our own. They responded to my emails within 24 hours and they were able to send out a replacement product the next day. They were professional, understanding, and very helpful. We absolutely love our sensory table, and recommend this company to everyone!Review fromshatha p

first time called after it rang forever, she was too busy with personal problem and said can i get your number i will call you later.very unprofessional

I'm not sure what happened here. The last order I see was from 2020. We are a small business and just about all our calls are answered by myself or our sales manager ******. We do have a part time female employee but her duties don't usually include interacting with callers. We apologize if the call was indeed handled in this matter. We have been working hard to serve our customers for over seventeen years and this is the only review received so it is disheartening that this review is the only thing people see who take the time to look at our profile.
