    I'm aware ********* Tree is a Duke contractor and can't be hired, but I told them yesterday I'd hire them if I could. True story! I've heard horror stories about how careless utility companies' contractors are about yards/properties, but that wasn't my experience with ********* at all. When I spoke to **** the day prior, he was plenty nice and informed me about why they can't haul what they prune/remove. (Nobody likes to have to deal with that, but I get it.) They dropped the logs at the base of our tree, and neatly piled all the brush next to and behind it. I watched them maneuver several large pieces of wood over our fence without any damage. (Bucket man, don't know your name, but I appreciated your humor on a very hot day!) They showed up on time and cleaned up well, and after they left you'd never have known they were there save the huge pile of brush and logs. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and affable, and they informed me about what they were doing and why. Much appreciated! Advice: if there's something in particular you care about (for us it was mostly the fence), try your hardest to be available that day and pay attention. They were GREAT, thanks guys/gals.
