  I moved into a apartment on ***************************************** apt 3 when I moved In shortly after I kept getting sick. I had discovered there was mold we told shar the landlord had her maintenance guy come look and said he would suggest few things to shar. I took photos she wouldn't do anything about the mold and kept saying I caused the mold which the mold that was there before I cleaned it was there for years. I broke my lease because the mold was making me sick. I also went to switch the electric into my name and told her and she instructed mea to not turn it off until I was out of there. That day the electric was turned off and so I couldn't clean the carpets. I would like my deposit back for her renting out a apartment that has mold and all the heater vents have rust. I have photos and tests from her.

  We cannot respond to an active court case. These people moved out with no proper notice and will be taken to court. Their claims are totally unwarranted and they are being taken to court for breaking a lease illegally.  This is NOT a BBB issue. This is a court issue.

  ******************* knows she had a lease and moved out. There is no mold at all, she just used this to move so she could move to cheaper housing. BBB should not be involved. This is a court action. She will be taken to court after we get all her invoices and such together for court.  She is a tenant that did not abide by her lease and is now trying to use the internet to make her case.

  I am rejecting this response because: there was mold and i will be showing all the pictures when there is court and as of now there is no court date I attached pic of the mold and obviously can tell the mold has been there for more then 4 months.

  We have to send a ten day demand letter prior to court. She will not provide a forwarding address. Please have her provide this so we can send this demand letter. Then if she does not pay, she will be taken to court. This is not a BBB issue. She broke a lease, trashed the place.  They wanted to move to housing and they used mold as an excuse to break their lease.  I have attached letter and invoices showing no mold. She is just using BBB as a platform to not tell the truth why she moved!

  I am rejecting this response because: she is lieing the apartment wasn't trashed I have photos and videos of when we moved and there is mold I have photos I attached we cleaned the mold I gave her my email but She hasn't sent anything to my email. I won't give her my new address she doesn't need it. She can email me everything. And the new apartment isn't low income but it's better then being sick because of mold

  I reject her complaints. The apt. is now rented with no issues whatsoever with mold. She was a very dirty tenant and left the place trashed. She is being charged accordingly. She is blatantly breaking a lease and left the place trashed.  I have her move in paperwork that shows no mold whatsoever!  She will be taken to court after her security deposit statement is received if she does not pay per the law.  Since she will not provide forwarding address it will be sent to last known address per the law. She is using the BBB to complain about something that is her doing.  She is using this to get out of her lease. I will stand behind my charges and take her to court or collections whichever comes first.

  I am rejecting this response because: **** is definitely lieing I have photos of the mold and will take them to court. I also attached them earlier. She has my email to send me anything she needs this won't be resolved I attached pic of the move out Definitely wasn't trashed her heater boreds have rust all over them also. That apartment was not trashed it was cleaned besides the carpets. When I moved In it had dog hair and was gross have photos of that also. I attached the proof there was mold once again
