Purchased a 2014 **** F-250 super duty with a 6.7 Deisel from Chevrolet of Wasila. took it in for an oil change to our personal mechanic. was informed of some major issues due to the fact that it has aftermarket deletes and a tuner system. then was informed that dealerships are not allowed to sell vehicles that have been modified from factor specks. the salesman at the lot told us when we purchased this vehicle that it had gone through inspections, and everything was fine. which is not the case. we believe we have been frauded paid ****** for a vehicle that needs ****** in repairs. We have been in contact with the lot trying to resolve this issue. they have offered to buy the truck back for ******. we declined that and asked them to fix the truck at their expense. we have only driven this truck **** mile since purchase.Initial Complaint

Me and a friend of mine had an appointment to look at a truck on Feb 20, 2022, 2 pm, when I get there, I found out the truck I was going to test drive is not four-wheel drive. so, the salesperson said to me to look around and I might find something I like which I did found a truck and told him. he then went inside to get the key. he came out, he told me it has auto start, he started the truck with key to make sure that he had a right key to it and told me to go ahead and test drive it. after I my test drive, I return, and he then asks me to go inside to talk about the price. he told me about the truck history etc. show me fax report that I will get a copy of it which I did not, he has convinced me to buy the truck and we agreed to a price. he told me that it was a steal on that price specially the truck having an auto start. while I was waiting for the paperwork to be fill up by the financial person, he told me that he is going to take the truck at the back of the dealership to get it ready. at this time, it's getting late about 530pm. after a while the paperwork's are all ready for me to sign the sale agreement which I did. I came out, met him and he told me that he had the truck all ready and started, warm out and ready for me to drive it out. I then told my friend to drive it home. when we got home, I tried to lock the truck door and it would not. I tried the remote auto start and no response. I then call the dealership, spoke with the salesperson and he told me to play with it that he doesn't know how because it's an aftermarket remote start. The next day I text him it that the remote is not doing anything I try. and he text me back and ask me to send him a picture of the back of the remote and he will find something online about it. and I did send him the picture he asked. I went to a remote start to get some help. Installer said the AutoStart/module is missing. I text him about it and he never text back. I left a message to his superior and no response either.
