      Made. A purchase In the store across prices in the store over made racist comments, calling out my network information and I try to make a lirchase which it should of with threw on the first attempt

      Bad fuel which was diesels not 90, was put into my car and runied the fuel system. Mechanic tested fuel and it came back as diesel. They wont pay for damages like they should.

      Good Afternoon,
                      Based on what is attached to this complaint I am unable to determine any validity to this claim. The first attachment titled ************ Report Form the customer filled out is a complaint form for Shell, this is not a Three Bears document.In this document, he lists the fuel station address of 175 W. Artic and a purchase price of $48.58. The second attachment is a copy of a receipt, this receipt is from a different town, with a different purchase price than what is listed on the first document. The attached receipt is also from a month prior to the time the customer took his vehicle in for repair. I am unable to determine the date, time, and purchase price for this transaction, so I am unable to look this transaction up manually. Further, I called and spoke with the location managers at both of these locations and neither location has any knowledge of this complaint. No one at this office has received a complaint from this customer.I cant resolve a customer complaint without the necessary information.
                      The diesel and gas pumps dispense completely separately from one another. They do not share a tank or any piping. The only way this complaint could happen would be if our supplier filled the tank with the wrong product. If that would have happened we would have had multiple complaints in a very short period of time. We have had no other complaints of poor fuel quality. If the customer would like to provide more information, I will look into it.
