      Precision Cleaning has been used to clean my ******************* for years. In the last 6 months, a new janitor was hired and had been cleaning the hospital. This person has not done the best job and I have consistently communicated with the manager about the details of this (missing hair/toe nails, things not being clean in general, spending a very short period of time cleaning the hospital). Last week I decided to pull up camera footage to see how the janitor was cleaning to see what specific feedback I could give the manager and get actual resolution. I unexpectedly found that the janitor was not just doing a poor job, but was cleaning toilets with a rag, then using that SAME rag to wipe down the counter tops all throughout by hospital. I terminated this company immediately and requested a refund for the time this janitor has serviced my hospital. The manager stated via email: "We apologize for the inadequate janitorial service you received from our janitor. After reviewing the footage provided, it was clear that the janitor was not following protocol, resulting in immediate dismissal. After our discussion agreeing on the adequate length of time required for the janitor to complete the duties assigned, all issues and concerns discussed were immediately addressed with the janitor. After asking/welcoming you to please not hesitate to let me know if even the smallest thing continues to remain unsatisfactory, and following up with check ins by phone to make sure all is well, all issues/concerns were believed to be remedied and remain resolved. Had it been known that the issues continued, the janitor would have been replaced. We understand how frustrating it can be when things don't go as planned. Our aim has always been to make sure you are pleased and satisfied. We value your business and will waive service fees for the unbilled month of October." Staff have been repeatedly ill and the lack of responsibility taken is unacceptable. I have video footage. $2990/mo

      Every concern  ever expressed was immediately addressed  and corrective measures were immediately taken. The last communication expressing any concerns with the janitorial services provided  was on 07/27/23. After our discussion all issues and concerns discussed were immediately addressed with the janitor and corrective measures were taken. After asking/welcoming you to please not hesitate to let me know if even the smallest thing continues to remain unsatisfactory, and following up with check ins by phone to make sure all is well, all issues/concerns were believed to be remedied and remain resolved. Had it been known that any issues continued, or that the janitor was not following protocol,  the janitor would have been replaced. To further express our deep regret in leaving any client less than satisfied, we have not only waived non billed October services provided  10/01/23- 10/11/23 in the amount of $ 1035.00,but have also waived  the service fee for September services as well. Therefore, please disregard invoice # *** in the amount of $2990.00, service dates 09/01/23 09/30/23, as previously  stated in the email sent to you on 10/17/23.Total amount waived $ *******. Again we would like to apologize for any and all inconveniences caused, as our aim has always been to continuously maintain providing quality service as we have for your company for many years.
