January 30 2020 I gave Kenai Kingpin a deposit of $ 625,00 for a fishing guide ****** for July 11 and the 13th of 2020. I spoke to **** in May to let him know we might have to cancel because of Covid restrictions in N.M. and by my husband's employer. June 10 2020 via text I asked **** to call me when he had time. June 18, 2020 I left **** a phone message and texted him to let him know we would have to cancel due to restrictions. I asked him to call me. He responded via text stating that my husbands job had given him the short end of the stick. I asked if I he would refund the trip. Via text **** said he usually would not refund after the cancellation grace ****** but he understood times were crazy. He would see what worked best for both of us. Possibly a roll over on deposit to the following year. He was open to ideas. I told him It might be an option and asked him to call me to discuss further. **** said he would call me when he got a chance. July 23, 2020 I texted **** and asked him not to forget to call me. October 7, 2020 he texted saying he wanted to work on moving reservations over for the next year. I asked if he could call me the following week. February 27, 2021 I texted **** saying we might be able to go June 28, 29, 30 or !st. Did he have any openings? No response. March 18, 2021 I called **** requesting a refund. He said he might be able to give me payments of $100.00. August 13. 2021 I texted **** asking for a refund and if he could please call me. No response. I tried calling in between these dates but no answer. October 11, 2021 I texted **** once again for a refund on monies paid in 2020 and if he would please respond by October 25, 2021 so I could determine further action. He replied that I did not cancel within the time frame and he tried to work with me, even though he did not have to. On October 25, 2021 I texted **** again explaining the past year and for a refund again. No response. I would like to resolve this by receiving a refund.
