Hydrotech does not have a certified plumber on staff and has cost me over 20 thousand dollars in damage and repairs over the last 7 months. I started working with Hydrotech in Aug of 2021 and as of 25 February 2022 I still do not have a functioning water treatment system. I have asked the business owner ***** repeatedly to just take his equipment out of my house and give me a refund but he would not relent and insisted that my equipment was a special order and could not be refunded. At the end of the day I just do not want anyone else getting scammed by this company and incurring the damage and emotional stress associated with not having drinkable water in their house. The equipment they are using is not even new. They just change filters out out of old towers and recycle the water treatment bottles. I paid a lot of money for used, broken equipment that does nothing but flood my basement and garage if it is put in use. Because the equipment has never been installed properly it is difficult to determine if product will do what it claims to do.
