    Started on Nov 3rd 2023 I sold my msi gs66 laptop To the company in the photos They received only a iphone its now been 3 months I put in claims with *** I have talked to general managers no one wants to help. The person who sent the phone has no come in and wondered what happened as well *** asked for the original receipt I gave them it for the lap top I want my money back or my laptop but new news was they fire the employee that handled it but still no money or resolution for me not even any contact so I am seeking help from the BBB

    To whom it may concern, 

    We have been working with *****, *** claims, *** corporate and The UPS Store HQ in regards to his complaint. It has taken time to go through the process. Mr. ****** has been in contact with our general Manager who has kept him up to speed with the process. We are currently working with the UPS Store insurance to file the appropriate paperwork to get the customer paid out for his claim. It is a unique situation and the steps need to be followed. We are continuing to work and resolve this issue with the customer.

    To whom it may concern,

    The third party insurance adjuster is responsible for making contact with Mr. ******* The claims process is very specific and follows guidelines to ensure each customer is adequately compensated. We do not have control over this process but are working with Mr. ****** and The UPS Store insurance to try and resolve this matter as soon as possible, however we must work withing the policy as outlined by the insurance adjuster. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
