5 stars*********************** was super friendly, respectful, and professional. Made sure to take precise measurements as well as inform me on any issues he came across. He had a solution for any issues he found and provided details on how they would affect the project. 5 starsOur installation manager is *********************. He made a courtesy call to let us know he was slightly delayed, and arrived when he said he would. Although our meeting was to take approximately one hour, **** spent nearly two hours meticulously measuring all of the intended windows. We live in a unique log home which presents its own challenges and ******************* discussed the different installation options that he recommended would be best for our situation. So far Renewal by ******** has presented themselves in a very professional manner from the very first contact, and we look forward to having our windows installed with the same degree of knowledge, expertise and craftsmanship.Renewal by Andersen of Alaska
