    no money paid to business This business pursues unethical business practices sending threatening letters that threaten legal action for no apparent reason *********************** attempts to scare and extort money even though he knows I no longer own the vehicle involved.He continues to attempt extortion practices by threatening civil action which is unethical and frankly illegal.I had nothing to do with any towing or storage he claims.I am about to put his name *********************** *************************************************************************************** on a new transfer pending and subit the new transfer pending to the Alaska DMV as he has taken posession of this vehicle without the owners consent The man is very deceptive and dishonest in every way!!!

    The letter sent to this complainant clearly said there was a transfer pending per DMV. Unfortunately we have to send letters to people who we know do not have any interest in the vehicle towed. The State of Alaska requires this and we follow the requirements that they impose. I am sorry that the letter needs to be sent to people that no longer have interest in vehicles that we tow.

    I am rejecting this response Because although the letter from At andW does clearly state there is a transfer pending It merely says TP !!! The letter requests rowing and storage fees (which increase with each new letter sent by certified mail) so far a total of four letters have been received I dont think the State of Alaska requires A T and W to ask for towing and storage fees from a former owner !! and furthermore the letters state the fees are increasing and theres a possibility of small claims court action !! The letters continue despite **** s full knowledge I have no liability!!Imagine if ever I paid those charges I doubt seriously if ever I would be refunded!! Although what **** says about the State requiring notices these letters seem to request monies and have a very threatening nature as to hurt credit scores or to extort by merely mentioning taking the matter to small claims court which seems to attempt to collect from former vehicle owners that are no longer liable.
