- Alaska Stairlift & Elevator, LLC wants to ensure customer satisfaction with delivered/installed products and therefor accepts returned merchandise with exclusions/limitations as outlined below:
We offer a 14-day return policy on most products if deemed to be substandard (less than full quality) or unsuitable (inappropriate for customer at the time it was fitted and rented or sold.) We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, simply return the item(s) in new condition within 14 days and we will refund your money or exchange the item.
Exclusions:
* Personal use items subjected to bodily contact or that pose infectious risks.
* Charges for freight/shipping
* Stairway lifts; vertical/inclined platform lifts, and elevators are non-returnable items.
