    We ordered a $1,100 part that needed to be shipped to *********. A week after placing the order we called to check the status, but no one could tell us where it was and said they would call us back. They never returned our calls to clarify where we should pick up the part we did not know what company they were using; all we were told was that it was being shipped by air and we were required to pick it up. The owner yelled at me when I asked for a tracking number, claiming a tracking number was impossible when shipping by air (its called a waybill, a number they were given upon receipt of shipping). We were quoted a $50 shipping fee, but when I checked my bank account they had charged us $1,300 $150 more than quoted. When the part arrived, the invoice attached showed they had charged a shop fee of $150 described as shipping & handling, which consisted of simply wrapping the fragile exhaust in Saran wrap and dropping it off at Alaska Air Cargo which charged $50.40 for shipping. Invoice below (personal info redacted). This is not a trustworthy business. I have supporting documentation (the invoice referenced above) though it's too large to upload.
