    The Alaska Rock Gym has a policy designed to take money for services not rendered in the event of injury, and do not allow any form of refund or rebate whether that be classes you were unable to attend or a membership you were unable to use. Which means they will happily hold onto your nearly $100 despite you not being able to use the service you paid for. There is no form of recourse for this monetarily or ************ addition, childrens classes are often over capacity for the staffs ability to supervise, resulting in safety issues and children running underneath active climbers. Finally, the very limited machines in the fitness annex are often left in state of disrepair for weeks at a time. I would not recommend using the gym and would not under any circumstances get a recurring membership. In both cases, youd be overcharged for what you have access to, but at least if you dont have a recurring membership, they cant charge you for services they havent rendered.
