My son rented a property managed by this company for two years. During that time, they consistently ignored his maintenance concerns. However, when he moved out, they charged him for repairs which he had previously reported and that were never addressed. Some of the charges were questionable, yet he was denied access to any photos or documentation of the alleged ********* make matters worse, my son is in the military and had been relocated out of state at the time of this dispute, making it difficult for him to contest the charges in court in ******. So he had no choice but to give them his money. I believe this company took advantage of his situation, and I fear that other tenants may face similar treatment.I strongly caution anyone considering renting from this company.

***** condo company ever. No communication. Displacing families out of their home without an end date. Not giving a timeline of work being completed. Giving 1 week notice to homeowners to move out of place but not giving any kind of compensation for making homeowners move out and having to find a place to live for unknown amount of time all due to their neglect of condo association maintenance.

I went in planning to rent an apartment from Real Property Management Last Frontier, the representative I was dealing with was named ****. He drove in from the Valley in order to meet me at the place on the same day I was in touch with him. I placed a deposit in order to reserve the place as there were a lot of people coming to see it (first come basis and I had applied first) but later decided on finding another place 2 days later (prior to signing a lease). I reached out to them and they said that normally when a deposit is placed, you are making an agreement but since they had so many other applicants behind me that wanted the place, they were going to make an exception. This was very much appreciated as it was $1350 that I literally got nothing for. I'm grateful they were able to work with me and I would recommend contacting **** if you are looking for a place in the *********/Eagle River/Valley area.
