We rented our town house with this business. The tenant moved out, and didnt return keys to the property, mailbox, or garage door openers. This business also let the tenant on the lease sub lease the property to a friend who was not on the lease. The origional tenant was no longer in the property at move out. Ms ****** *****, owner of the business knew the tenant was not on the lease, and subleased the property. When the tenants moved out Ms. ***** did not get the property keys, mailbox keys, or the garage door openers. An invoice for the damages was sent to her along with a letter stating we wanted the security deposit in the amount of the contractor estimated damages, plus our operating reserve, she transferred over all the security deposit, and told us to contact the tenants to get the items and explain the costs from the security deposit. I told her I would not be contacting them as that is what we have been paying her monthly for. We would like her to finish the job for which we have been paying her to do. We should have no contact with the tenants/former tenants we were paying her to manage the property. The contract says 48 hours for breech of contract the e-mail was sent to her Wednesday evening 9/6 so she should have done the job through Friday 9/8 when we messaged her Thursday and Friday. She refused to complete the job of getting our stuff back.

I moved into a property managed by Alaska Group Property Management September 2021. It was the top floor of a three level house with the bottom two levels being rented as AirBnBs. I paid a deposit and submitted photos and a video of the house to show the condition. Communication was ok at first but then I completely stopped hearing back from *****, the property manager I was working with. There was even an emergency situation where the washing machine was flooding and the water was freezing- I had to repeatedly text, email and reach out to her boss over the course of a week to get any response. There were many other times I tried to contact her with no response. She even stopped letting me know when maintenance people would be letting themselves into my place. I submitted my intent to vacate with a month's notice, as outlined in the lease. No response. I emailed it to her boss. No response. I would like my deposit of $1315. I can submit photos and videos of the house before and after if needed/
