1 starEVERY order with this company was fulfilled incorrectly, meaning I had to send products back. The last straw was my hearing aids were programmed incorrectly causing me not to be able to change volume on the aid itself, needing to use the tv accessory device to adjust. They want me to send them back AGAIN and charge me$50 to fix THEIR mistake. Buyer beware!

I do apologize for the mishaps and miscommunication from our previous employees on the hearing aids you purchased in 2020 and the additional accessories you purchased in 2021. It has been over 3 years since you mentioned issues with the manual controls on your hearing aids so at this point, we cannot give you free service. However, the price you have been quoted is a 50% discount on those services.Review fromDeborah C

5 starsI ordered a set of hearing aids for my 94-year old Mother. The ordering process was smooth and efficient. I spoke to ******* and she informed me of the many options available and helped me select the correct hearing aid for my Mother. Unfortunately, I didn't do my due diligence and realized my Mother's arthritic fingers couldn't place the hearing aids correctly in her ears without assistance. I did have to return the hearing aids. Once I called and again, spoke to *******, the return process was easy and no hassle. I received a credit to my credit card account within a week of returning.Even tho these hearing aids did not work out as I had hoped, I cannot say enough about the customer service I received.
