      Having been a loyal customer for over two years under the previous owner. I always appreciated the service and atmosphere. However, I have noticed significant changes since your ***** *****, new owner took over. Currently, it takes over two weeks to secure an appointment, and it seems that you are the only available stretcher following the departure of the other employee. This limited availability has made it difficult for clients to access the services we value.During my last visit, I communicated these concerns with the staff Wednesday , 14 May that they canceled all seven appointments. On 14 May, I was told that my request for a refund would not be honored due to the statement that I had disparaged the company. I want to clarify that my intentions were not to criticize but to articulate my frustration and seek a resolution to the ongoing challenges.****** *****, the new StretchZone owner is not as experienced in dealing with the public or management skills. I find ****** ***** to be a dishonest person and power thrust when she doesn't like the information she is hearing.I find it concerning that feedback is treated in this manner, and I believe it is essential for businesses to engage openly with their clients to ****** improvements. My aim is to share my experience and seek a resolution without animosity.I kindly request a full refund for the canceled appointments, and I hope we can work towards restoring a positive relationship moving forward.
