I went to Builder's Millwork & Supply to order new cabinetry for my kitchen and bathroom vanity. This process began on February 20th, 2022. I provided detailed measurements, which included appliance names, brands, and model numbers. ***************************** came to my home to confirm these measurements. I paid $8,830.00 for the cabinets, which were ordered March 14, 2022. They took over 20 weeks to arrive, and when they did, were **** with errors. The first round of corrections was handled via warranty in August 17th, arriving in September 30th, at which time my contractor was unable to work. However, there was still an error, discovered in November, when my contractor could come in. The final cabinet is 6" too narrow and the company is demanding that I pay $170 for delivery of the replacement cabinet. Their argument is that I initially paid for a smaller cabinet, so if I want the larger one, I have to pay the difference in sizes -- Despite the fact that my measurements clearly state 36" cabinet, and the design option shows that cabinet aligning with the backsplash & adjoining painted wall. This is unacceptable. I would like for the company to deliver me the remaining cabinet, free of charge, without requiring an upsizing fee as the measurement error was on their part.

The replacement cabinet is scheduled for delivery on Friday, January 13th.  It is being delivered to the client at not charge, per her request.  As we understand the situation, this is the final resolution to this matter and her project with us.
