May 11, *************************************************** my rebel 64 ounce reusable cup they sell (I already had one) and when I got to the counter the cashier on duty asked if that was a frazil. I said yes and he said he had to charge me double, two of the 32 ounce prices. I told him I've never had to pay double the price but he insisted it was company policy. I told him I've purchased this exact item before and he talked over me saying not here because he's been there for 10 months. I asked him to speak to a manager and he said the manager wasn't there until tomorrow. I mentioned that the store wasn't family or individually owned, that it was a corporate store but he refused to listen and kept telling me it was company policy. I've purchased the same item from other stores and I've never been charged double. He said if I was going to continue that I was no longer welcome and he would point me out to his manager in the camera. If this is company policy why aren't the other 4 stores I've been to aren't charging me double price? A regular store customer got upset and said she would pay for half, gave him four dollars and stomped off. I only had a 100$ bill and tried paying for the rest and he said I cannot pay with that bill because they don't keep any more than 50$ in the till. He told me he would pay for it and to get out. I asked to leave my number for the manager but he said he was busy with other customers. I went to my vehicle, got on my phone to see what I can do and he came out and banged on my window. I told him I would call the cops so he went back inside. My daughter went to the same store and the same guy was rude to her. He made her repark her vehicle before being serviced because she parked outside the line when others that parked the same way didn't have to repark. He accused her of stealing the reusable cup she had and charged her double for her drink.
