    Good day, I booked an appointment with this detail service for my auto. It was approximately 6 days in advance. I paid a deposit on line. I spoke with the owner, first name *****. He quoted ****** because I lived in ***********. The day before I sent him an email and he verified everything was on track. At 1137 I called him, no answer. Our appointment was for 1200. This is a mobile car detail company. He called back and said he needed to change the appointment to 1330, no reason. We said fine. At 1330 he texted and said, I didnt know you were in ***********, it will have to be 2pm. We called and asked what the problem was. He started giving excuses and said we were scaring him and he didnt want to come out. We insisted because we needed this done. I told him I would call BBB and he got irritated and said he doesnt want me to blackmail him. I said, this is not blackmail, this is consequences for bad or no service. He kept calling back saying he didnt want to see us, just get the job done and he was scared. I finally canceled and asked for a refund. Since his address did not pop up on your website, does this mean he is avoiding the **** Thank you for your help

    Sorry we could not make it work out. Again, I am limited as a solo operator and I made an operating mistake. Your refund was processed the same day you requested it and it takes time to go back to your account.
