    WildSource has ceased communications and hasnt refunded me money due for lost fish and shipping I would like at a minimum $820 refunded to me. WildSource was the fish processor for the fish I caught in Kodiak on a 3-day fishing trip. The issues began on 7/12 when WildSource was supposed to have the fish ready for pickup to take on the plane. (ONE) The fish wasnt ready on 7/12 for airport pickup and we resorted to having it shipped via ****** (TWO)After hounding them to deliver the fish for 15 days, WildSource was to ship the remaining fish to me (2 shares see initial email below dated 7/27). (THREE) After many discussions, they couldnt find all the fish, numbers didnt work out. I felt forced to accept 43lbs (instead of 51lbs) - 2 shares, a loss of roughly 22lbs of fish. (FOUR) Then when they shipped it via ****** 1 box didnt arrive in time and the fish spoiled. WildSource pointed out this was *****s fault, and I pointed out to WildSource, that per the ***** website, WildSource needed to file the claim, or give me all the shipping info and Ill file the claim. After this point (FIVE) WildSource went dark and I havent heard from WildSource. ***** has a money back guarantee. This was a simple claim. As you can imagine my frustration with WildSource mounted after 5 (FIVE) issues had accumulated; it was one problem after another. WildSource should take responsibility for the workflow of their service - fish processing. Per my email to them dated, 8/4, I would like a refund of $820 to cover the lost fish and shipping charges

    We have record of this individual fishing on 7/11/23 on the fishing vessel "Fish Hawk" Fish was delivered @ 5pm .  Our policy states that 48 hours be allowed for processing.  Catch resulted in 2 shares being 2 boxes of 40lbs each.  Boxes were dispatched to Fed Ex for next day shipping .  1 of 2 boxes arrived on time - due to an issue with Fed Ex the 2nd box didn't arrive on time.  We are willing to refund the cost for the 2nd box.   We have reached out to the client with no response back.  We are sorry for the loss of fish and will be reimbursing for the 2nd box cost. If the client could contact ************************* @ ************ so that reimbursement check can be mailed.  Thank you

    HI, I am happy to hear the response from WildSource, however we are playing telephone tag.  I hope to resolve this in the next week with the Fish Processor. I will send an update in the next few days and I appreciate the BBB's help to resolve the issue.

    HI, I'd like to provide details on the resolution of this case.  *****, from Wildsource, and I spoke and were able to come to an agreeable resolution.  He refunded 50% of the shipping costs and sent me a small box of fish.  I appreciate businesses that do the right thing and am happy with the resolution.
