I would hit 0 if I could this company need to be put out of business they give loans out on vehicles that do not even work properly this is CRAZY THAT OUR MONEY IS WASTED AND THEN WE END UP OWING THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS MORE THAN THE VEHICLE WAS EVEN WORTH I WANT ALL THAT MONEY FROM THE LOAN FOR THE CAR BACK AND A BRAND NEW CAR WELCOME TO FUCKING AMERICA DO NOT TRUST ANYONE WITH YOUR MONEY OR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER ALL THEY DO IS COMMIT FRAUD AND TRY TO MAKE PEOPLE PAY FOR THEIR GARBAGE I WANT $18,000 and a brand new car since that’s what this company thinks I owe them THAT VEHICLE WAS DEFINITELY BROKEN AND NOT WORTH $18,000

Global Lending Services LLC has horrendous business practices. I lost my job two months ago, and have been making payments with my severance. I called today to let them know I won't be able to pay and they refuse to make arrangements or assist me until I am 7, 10, 12, or 16 days late on my payment. Note that the associate I spoke with couldn't even give me an exact date. They have fraudulent practices and integrity issues. I am avidly seeking a way to refinance my car because GLS is out to ruin my credit and good payment standing.

The absolute worst finance company we have ever worked with. They refuse to work with you when hitting hard times, they make it impossible to pay off your vehicle. None of the representatives listen to you, or knows their *** from a hole in the ground. We’ve had nothing but issues from the very beginning. It truly is just an awful experience. I do not recommend going through them, ever.

If there was a ZERO id hit that. They are not professional and all all have Indian people working so you can’t understand them and they can’t understand you. And oh if you file for an EXTENSION you have to wait 25 days to file for that months EXTENSION but oh wait they are going to take NEXT MOTHS payment on WHEN it due on THAT MONTHS payment date but THEY are going to take that payment and put it towards the MONTH THAT YOU ASKED FOR AN EXTENSION on . AND “SKIP” THE MONTH THAT YOU MADE FOR THAT MONTH. So even though you pay the next months payment it doesn’t count as a payment. SO THEY SCREW YOU OVER. So YOU END UP PAYING THEM FOR THE MONTH THAT YOU ASKED FOR An EXTENSION ON. BUT THEN SAY YOU GET AN EXTENSION ON THE CURRENT MONTH THAT YOU MADE A PAYMENT ON THAT MONTHS DUE DATE ON TIME. SO THEY END UP getting ****** IN THE *** BY THEM. ****** the reviews of the company that’s offering to lend you the money BEFORE YOU BY A CAR. Honest people leave honest reviews and as you can tell everyone thinks this company is a piece of S&!t DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM EVER! I can’t wait for the day we can trade it in and not go through this company ever again. They should be shut down for fraud. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM FOR A CAR!

LOAN SHARKS! Horrible company with ZERO customer service and fees added to my car loan that are incorrect and they will not update records so my statement is never correct!

This place is a joke. They are rude and like to bully their customers. We had just made a payment and they called an hour later demanding another payment and threatening to take our car. Very unacceptable. They told my husband they would just come pick the car up then. I called back to make a complaint and miraculously there was no call log for the call.

Because I was late on my payments I have incurred so much late fees and Interest I owe more money now than I did when I got the loan. I feel I will never pay off my car. Every time I pay my payment every month on $40 of that payment goes toward the principle.

I was scammed by not one not two but THREE dealerships working with this company to scammmmmm innocent people out of loans. Mess up their credit some of their representatives are bullies. If you know the dealership scam why would you help them ?

One star only because I had to.. This company deserves none. What a terrible company & website! There was no pending payment showing on my account in January (though there was one) so I panicked and paid again. This overdrew my checking account and made the second payment bounce. GLS & ********** continued to try to take the second payment even though I’d called and talked to them about it. I was assured by GLS that the attempts would stop however, they didn’t until they’d tried 4-5 times. The GLS told me that they only attempt 2 times. Not sure how I got so lucky. Now, in attempting to pay the bill through their website, it says the payment is accepted, but then shows no payment pending. Upon calling, I was told that both of my bank accounts have been frozen with them and I can only use a card to pay for my loan. A card that is linked to one of the checking accounts that they say I can’t use. With the exception of one time (and it was the person who assured me that the payment would not continue to be attempted so it doesn’t say much for their information), their agents are not helpful, repeating the same information over and over without being able to offer any further information or be of any actual help.

Wasn't behind on payments. Car was impounded due to traffic violation. Made my on time payment on the 28th (not behind either). They repoed it on the 2nd when per the courts I couldn't get out to the 4th. Wanted triple to get it back. Attorney advised me they have a scam going with tow truck drivers and impound yards. They need to be sued and investigated! They need jail time. Hope the BBB passes these complaints on to US Attorneys. Read the reviews. Says it all. Criminals. Criminals. Criminals!!
