Last April (2022), I had to have my clutch replaced. MPG was the only garage nearby that was able to see me on that day. I was told that both the clutch assembly and slave cylinder needed to be replaced. The labor for the former was 713$ and 248$ for the slave cylinder. The total cost was 2431$. Both assemblies had a "10$ guaranteed for life part fee (follow-up inspection and/or service required every 12MO/12K miles). At the time, I thought the price was high but paid and went my way.13 months later, I was unable to put the truck into reverse. I took my vehicle to a different garage. The clutch was replaced for 600$ (including labor). By comparison, the clutch kit from MPG cost me 645$. More concerning was that the current mechanic felt that the clutch that was put in by MPG was of poor quality and he questioned why I was charged for labor on two assemblies that could have been performed at the same time.While I realize that it's already been paid for and I am out of the guaranteed for life part fee period, I did send a few emails to 1) the garage, 2) ************************* (owner of MPG) and 3) Big Brand Tires (new owner of MPG). There have been no replies to emails.TL/DR: overpaid a LOT for poor quality.

I have been to the mpg station on Valencia and Interstate 19 every time I have been there like 3 times it's the worst service I ever got but my wife kept making me go back the last time was the worst my car have grease all over it from where they were stay said they were going to clean it never did took them 3 times to get my alignment write a gentleman promise my ride my wife a ride to come get the car will then when he got to my house he did nothing but complain the whole way back about how it wasn't his problem if he did not want to give her a ride he should have said something in the beginning he told me he would be there at 12 if it was like 2 before he got there that's no way to run a business they exploded two cans of Pepsi in the backseat of my SUV now I have Pepsi everywhere the worst place I have ever been will never ever go there again

The mechanics at this business botched the oil change on my 2008 C300 ************** stripped the screws on my oil pan. Then the business charged me $529 for a new oil pan and I didnt have my car for 2-3 days in the process. They should be embarrassed that they treat a loyal customer of 8 years like that.I dont recommend them.

I have been a customer for years. I actually started using *** because of *************************. He was always kind and honest. I trust him. I will never go back to the *** on *** due to the new manager. ****, on the other hand is awful. Just rude and talks down to not only customers, but his employees. I was waiting on my vehicle and he argued his way out of taking phone calls from customers asking to speak to him. When he did speak to them, it was so uncomfortable to hear how he spoke to them. He is condescending, combative and dismissive. I was afraid to ask how much longer the wait would be, and when I finally got up to ask, he turned the volume of the already blaring tv up. This is not my only horrible experience with this man. I asked for them to check my car for one thing and it was not done. I paid the **** anyways and WILL NEVER GO BACK. He is a disgrace to the people that work there and to customers. I am saddened to see this.
