            We hired Clear Window Technology to order and install an ******** patio door for the sum total of $5789, which was completed on 04/30/2021 and paid in full on 05/01/2021. Following the install of the door, there were some initial concerns with the door that Clear Window stated they "couldn't do anything more" and that "our wall was the problem". Concerns included poor locking, self-opening feature (which it shouldn't be), and a large space in the middle of the door. We contacted ******** directly who sent out a certified ******** installer. His assessment and documentation revealed hinges that were completely maxed out, missing hinge screws, missing blocker, missing screws in the install holes and sheetrock screws used instead of the screws that came with the door. Per his recommendation, the door needs to be completely replaced and based on this installation would no longer be warrantied by ********. I am seeking a refund of the amount paid in full.

            We had to replace a ********************************************* It was complete and we were pleased. The screen had a little hole in it and they had to order it and it took 4 weeks because it came from ********, **. The owner ************************* was great. The work was excellent because they know what they are doing. We are pleased and have a really nice door.
