    If I could, I would give them less than one star trips to scammed me I recently purchased tickets to Dolly stampede and Branson, ********. I went through my Apple Maps app and went directly to Branson, Missouri Dolly stampede website, and followed the link that it gave me to purchase tickets. I purchased the tickets and showed up to the show only to be told that I was sold tickets to a different location. I tried to call, the day and multiple times over the next couple days after that I left voicemails over and over again and continuously called. I was told when I was finally contacted four days later that I could get a refund because it had to be within 48 hours I have been hung up on by customer service never called back for messages that I have left. When they finally did answer. I am the one that called them. They were very rude on the phone. I bought the tickets for my twins birthday and they were bawling because we couldnt even see the show we ended up leaving our trip a day early because the whole trip was planned around Dolly stampede Ive never been so disgusted in my life to know that they are perfectly fine with ripping people off. I feel like they do not value their customers. They told me that I needed to reach out to the Dolly stampede in *********, where the tickets were actually for instead of Branson and ask them for a refund , ***** stampede proceeded to tell me that I would have to get a refund from Trister because it was a third-party Company I have been treated like complete s*** through this whole experience and I am so upset because we lost a lot of money for tickets that we didnt even use. Ive never been so disgusted. Not only where my twins bawling, but I was bawling. This is so unfair. I will never be going back to ********* or be using Trister ever again. I hope that my review makes it to somebody before they make the same mistake.

We have reviewed all records of the interactions with our site and customer service team. The customer did navigate through the web and visited the listing page for Dolly ******* Stampede Pigeon Forge on August 18th. There are several places that mention the word Pigeon Forge including the venues address, name of the show, the overview description, the good to know and the *** all reference the location being in ************, **********They would have been required to enter the date of visit, the number of tickets and select the showtime they planned to attend. All the details regarding the venues information including its exact location of the theater is visible and clearly listed. This is a requirement in order to continue to the payment portion. If paying by credit card, an authorization for the total amount will be held until your booking is confirmed. If for any reason the operator is unable to fulfill the booking, you will be immediately refunded the booking.Any cancellations made after the dates listed above are subject to complete forfeiture. Cancellations within the time allowed will be credited to your customer account, in full.By clicking 'Complete Order', you are acknowledging that you have read and are bound by the Purchasing Policy, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy, plus any operator rules and regulations (see the listing for details). After they entered their credit card information to complete the purchase, they were provided with a confirmation number and recap of their purchase that stated Pigeon Forge, **. They had access to view the tickets used for check-in at the venue and were also sent the same confirmation to the email address they provided. All the information on the confirmation page did state the venue is located in ************, *********. The confirmation ticket is required and must be presented to check-in at the venue. The customer was given a cancellation / change policy of 8/18 by 5pm if they wanted to cancel for a full refund. While still within the policy period, they could have cancelled the order after purchase if the location selected was not their intended destination. Below is an example of the ticket the guest received. BOX OFFICE. Doors open 30 minutes before showtime. To reduce your wait time, do not arrive more than 45 minutes before your scheduled showtime.We did not hear from the customer until after business hours the night of 8/21 when they arrived at ********************** in Branson, ********. They tried to redeem the tickets that showed the Pigeon Forge theater at the Branson location. This theater in Branson did not even offer a show at 8:30pm that date. The voicemail left by the customer on our after-hours machine were all returned the following day during open business hours. When the customer did call to speak with an agent, it was already past the allowable cancellation period of 8/18/24 for a refund. We did take the extra steps to reach out to the ************ theater on multiple occasions to see if an exception could be made for a refund, but the theater expressed multiple times they are not allowing any type of refund. The cancellation policy is the theaters policy and something we too must live by, as the customer agreed to this policy in order to complete the purchase. Tripster submitted full payment to the Dolly ******* Stampede theater in ************ prior to their arrival based on the selections made by the customer. The theater prepared the meal and held seats at the location for the 8:30pm showtime on 8/21. The guest was marked as a no show. After much review, we have determined all the information for the venue did clearly list the location was in ************, not Branson. The confirmation sent to the customer was all consistent with their selections for the Pigeon Forge location. We are unable to offer a refund, as the booking was valid, confirmed and paid for in full by Tripster based on the selection and location they agreed to purchase.
