I had updated a review comment on ****** and this company continued to call me today 2/29/2024 a year later yelling at me that I changed my review to a one star. I changed it a year ago and on 2/28/24 I read the review and edited for spelling mistakes, they called me this morning in an aggressive manner asking why I gave a 1 star review since there was no recent order. I blocked their number yet they continued to call me 3 time one after the other. I asked them politely to take me off their call list and they continue to call and ask me why I gave them a one star review. If they had read the review they would have seen I had given that review a date when I changed it to one star. Instead they call for an explanation, and they yelled at me for giving a one star review. Extremely unprofessional! I do not recommend them especially for their Customer service and inability to take a negative review no matter how many years ago. Maybe they should improve their customer relations and not hound someone because they gave them a bad review .Review from Iman T

Air Pro Mater assign to me by Choice home Warranty and they come for my water heater was leaking - Choice home Warranty approve the claim to replace my water heater the company ask for $605 to item not covered I asked them what is the item need to be replace and give me Itemised Detail because My water up to code and I have copy of the permit from the State Nevada Las Vegas Hang on me on the phone and revised to give me the detail. Leave me with cold water I try to call the office and they need investigate this company right now if I did not pay $605 without no receipts they will not install through the warranty company I ask if they can be reasonable and they already collect $665 before installation leave as in the cold - The tank up to codeReview from monique p

These people came to fix my heating coil after going thru my warranty company to get this settled. I was without AC for 2 months in the middle of the summer! It final got fixed and now 2 parts of my heating are missing and now my heat doesn't get hot because they took 2 parts from my heat and now no one wants to fix it!Review from Joseph B

Shady so I used my home warranty waited 5 days had to shower out of a bucket cause we had not hot water they came replaced the water heater this is were the bullshit happens 1) the wife looks at the work order they charge me for an expansion chamber which they were not gunna change till we said sumthing 2) my water softener barley a year old never had issues they blew the top off it which cost Me another $200 to repair I call air pro the manger Jorge ******* called pretty much said when they come out call us and will prob pay half or something so ******** came out today and said exactly what I said the top blew off the system because they turned the water on to fast from the ball valve instead of slowly, turning it on, and allowing pressure to build … then Jorge tried to tell me my system was faulty or could be faulty which I believe it was negligence from the plumber why would a paying customer call you back to the property after you guys caused damage and did not wanna take ownership because of your integrity to be in question which took an additional 10 days to get my water softening system fixed, and my wife has a skin condition and cannot be using hard water to shower and bath I would not use this company because they’re gonna charge you for stuff that you’re not gonna get double check their work if you use them get the material list or the work order and review and watch make sure you get what they’re charging you for they will damage your property and assets and not accept owner ship the only answer the had was pretty much we did not wanna fix it cause your warranty but call them out and will come and see what the issue will there here this is no brained if the system Was fine when u turned it off and when u turned it back on and blew it up u obviously did something wrong I’m owed $200 from this company air pro master for the repairs by ********Review from Robert W

I recently chose Air Pro Master to have my air conditioner and air handler replaced after investigating several other options in the valley. The reasons I chose Air Pro Master was first of all the name brand of the equipment (Lennex), the professionalism of the general manager, Tim, and the price. The installation team did an excellent job and were very careful during the installation. My air handler was in the attic and they were excellent in getting the old unit out and the new unit in with minimal damage. By the way, Tim sent out a dry wall expert to repair and touch up the dry wall and he did an excellent job! The installation team had to place a thermostat downstairs since I elected to have a two zone system put and did an excellent job. I also elected to have a air purifying system put in which I highly recommend. The other reason that I would recommend it that Tim was very responsive to my every need and sent out his tech, Andrew, whom by the way, is very knowledgeable and was helpful in setting up my Nest thermostat to my phone and explained the features in a professional manner. All in all I really appreciate Tim, the general manager, showing his concern and being helpful in getting my installation complete. I have to say, that my wife and I are very particular and Tim recognized that right off. My 5 star rating goes to Air Pro Master and I would advise everyone to at least give them a chance to prove their value. This is a very big expense and you as I did should get all the details to make a decision that you are comfortable and satisfied as I am with this purchase. Tim (General Manager) and Andrew **** came in a fixed my HVAC free of charge. There was some confusing with a previous job that left me frustrated. After learning more about the issue I had, it is understandable why the misunderstanding occurred. To make it up to me, Tim and Andrew took time out of their weekends and hours on another day to fix my 36 year old HVAC. It was a tough job, and they delivered. Really good guys. Definitely ask for Andrew if you want a good pro working on your systems.Review from Greta O

This company’s name was given to me by ******** **** ****** so I thought they would be good. They are not. The first time we at least got Freeon and had our air conditioner work for about six weeks. When it happened again we got a different technician who clearly didn’t want to do the job. He was here about five-10 minutes. St first he said we had too much Freeon, then he said we were empty. When he left and input the approval paperwork to **** he said our line was inaccessible and under ground this is not true! We have a canister outside our crawl space where the line is located. He neither asked my husband where it was nor did he look. If he had, he would have seen it was in our crawl space under our house just like all the other manufactured homes in this park. This incompetency has created undue hardship and now we have to start over with getting a second opinion. In 100+ weather it is very difficult to not have ac. This company needs to be made accountable for their incompetent employee.Review from Brenda C

I am giving 5 stars because of 1 person that really came here and fixed my AC, Tim the general mamger is good people that knows this business. Not only did he bend over backwards to fix our unit, he went on the roof himself for an hour in the Vegas heat. That's someone that cares about the customer. Not only did he fix the unit, he called the next day to make sure we were good. No one enjoys breakdowns, but Tim made us a priority and I am very grateful. It was a pleasure to deal with an expert. Extremely unprofessional customer service representatives who are completely unaware of resolutions pertaining to the services they provide. They will scream, holler, and become extremely emotional. Horrendous and unprofessional company.
