              On April 19 I reach an agreement with Hoffer Pest Solution to perform recurrent service Home Pest Control for *********** ***** ************ etc. I agree upon those services considering that they show High Review score of 5.0 (like all Perfect?) , NO contract and Money Back Guarantee. Within the next 5 days they were performing both services. Both services were paid using **** credit card and posted on my balance for $149 on 04/19/21 for the First Home Pest Service and 04/16/21 $75 for the First ******** They also stated that their treatment of ****** were totally safe for pest and kids, which I found later no to be true ((warning File attached). After 15+ Days I did not see any improvement on the ********* treatment and they were still bugs inside the house. I called customer service and they promised to send someone to validate both service. They never did. Considering the zero response from customer service I called on May 15th to request Cancellation of both services.
